ÃØÃÜÑо¿Ëù is excited to welcome students, faculty and staff back to all of our locations in just under a month. As NEIU moves towards a full reopening in fall, it’s important for all who come to campus to feel safe and know their health is a priority. Undergraduate and students-at-large have more time to apply for Fall 2021 and take advantage of NEIU For You, a one-time scholarship that covers tuition and mandatory fees for first-year, full-time undergraduates. ÃØÃÜÑо¿Ëùn has named a new Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students, and Student Leadership Development has shared readings of children’s books for a virtual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.

Stage Center Theatre has launched a virtual theatre festival for social justice featuring works submitted by the NEIU community. Submissions are still being accepted for the festival as well as the Undocumented Cookbook and COVID-19 student archives.
ÃØÃÜÑо¿Ëùn’s students to shape University COVID-19 archive
Though the world is still in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, ÃØÃÜÑо¿Ëù’s library is creating a digital archive that will seek to reflect how the pandemic impacted ÃØÃÜÑо¿Ëùn students’ lives and how students have responded to this unprecedented time.
