Facility Policies
All Patrons Entering Facility
- Must provide a physical Government Issued ID with proof of age and picture to the front desk upon entry. NEIU Students, Staff, and Faculty may use their NEIU IDs
- No person/child 17 and under is allowed to purchase a daily pass on their own
Daily Passes
- Adult Daily Pass: Patrons 18+, must provide a physical Government Issued ID with proof of age and picture to purchase matched daily pass birthday and name
- Adult and Child Daily Pass: One adult 18+, must provide a physical Government Issued ID with proof of age and picture to purchase
- Adult will sign paper waiver for child
- Adult will need to check out equipment/lockers, the child is unable to check out anything
- Adult must be with child at all times throughout the facility
- Children 16 & 17 can use fitness center and fitness equipment, 15 and under are not allowed to use fitness center and fitness equipment
Family Membership
- Head of Household: Only can be purchased by patrons that are 18+ up and must provide proof of age with a physical Government Issued ID for head of household
- Only head of household/ primary customer can add patrons to membership
- Family membership requires a physically in person signed waiver for all children and members confirmed by head of household
- Children Ages 16 & 17: May enter the facility if attached to a family membership with a physical High School/government issued ID unsupervised.
- May use fitness center, fitness equipment, and check out equipment
- Children 15 and Under: Must enter facility with parent/guardian on the family membership
- Parent/guardian should be with child at all times
- Unable to use fitness center and fitness equipment
- Parent/guardian is responsible for checking out all equipment
